CAS Plumbing & Heating is run by a sole trader leading a larger team of tradespeople who can travel to homes in Kent and surrounding areas to undertake plumbing or heating work. This webpage lists all of the services and solutions CAS can provide on a contracted, subcontracted or one-off basis.
Kitchen plumbing — This covers installing and fixing sinks, pipes and other plumbing fixtures in the kitchen.
Hot water plumbing — This is about helping to maintain the steady supply of hot water in the home.
Rectifying blockages — including in drains, sinks and toilets.
Bathroom plumbing — from replacing and repairing taps to installing sinks, showers and entire bathrooms.
Fixing dripping taps — Call CAS if you can’t stop a tap from dripping despite your best efforts.
Boiler services — Heating engineers from the CAS team can install or replace boilers — including condensing boilers — as well as clean, service and repair existing boilers.
Central heating installations — These include installations of central heating boilers, central heating pumps and other central heating equipment — and even entire central heating systems.
Heating pumps — These move water around a heating or hot water system so that the liquid can be heated by the boiler and then transported to radiators or taps.
Power flushing — This sends water rapidly through a central heating system in order to tackle debris, limescale and sludge.
Radiator repairs — Having a damaged radiator fixed can, in my instances, be more cost-effective than replacing it.
Gas services — The Gas Safe registered team at CAS includes gas plumbers — and can install gas boilers, undertake gas servicing and provide gas safety services.
Resolving leaks — The leaks CAS can overcome include plumbing leaks, water leaks, gas leaks and leaks resulting from burst pipes.
Emergency plumbing — CAS has 24-hour plumbers for when they are needed.
